Lindsey is Executive Vice President, Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer and Interim Chief Marketing Officer at USAA – providing executive leadership at the strategically vital intersection of communications, marketing, public affairs, and corporate impact – where lifelong relationships with our members, employees, and communities are built and sustained.
Lindsey also serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, shaping CEO positioning, brand transformation, and enterprise-level communications strategy to protect and elevate USAA’s reputation. She is committed to ensuring every interaction enhances the value of membership and builds on our foundation of service, value and community.
With more than 20 years of global leadership experience, Lindsey has advanced strategies in executive and employee communications, marketing, media relations, reputation management, and business intelligence. Since joining USAA in 2014 and prior to joining the Executive Leadership team, she has held pivotal roles including senior vice president and chief communications officer of Corporate Affairs, chief of staff to the CEO, and leader of strategy, external communications, and employee engagement programs.

Lindsey’s earlier career at National Instruments spanned corporate communications, investor relations, and corporate responsibility, following prior work in business intelligence leveraging data to fuel strategic decisions.
Raised in a family devoted to public service, Lindsey developed a passion early in life for giving back and helping others. She serves as Board Chair of the USAA Educational Foundation, Chair of the Board of Governors for the USAA Foundation, Inc., and contributes to organizations such as the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, the Arthur W. Page Society, the Institute for Public Relations, and the Boerne Education Foundation.
A proud USAA member since 2011, Lindsey graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
